Women in Chemicals Mentorship Program is a global initiative that connects women mentees with mentors of all genders - including male allies - across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

By pairing mentees with mentors the program fosters shared learning, leadership development, and new opportunities within a supportive community that drives both personal growth and industry progress.
